UK | Field-Based | Medical Affairs

We’re looking for an experienced Medical Science Liaison to act as a trusted scientific partner to healthcare professionals within the endocrinology space.

This is a field-based role focused on high-quality scientific exchange, KOL engagement, and insight generation to support an innovative endocrine portfolio.

The Role

You’ll serve as a critical link between clinicians, research, and internal medical teams, with responsibilities including:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and specialist centres
  • Delivering high-quality scientific presentations and educational activities
  • Supporting advisory boards, peer education, and speaker development
  • Gathering meaningful medical insights to inform strategy and clinical thinking
  • Engaging appropriately to support advances in patient care and guideline evolution
  • Collaborating cross-functionally while operating autonomously in the field
  • Ensuring full compliance with the ABPI Code of Practice and ethical standards
About You
  • Proven experience as an MSL (or similar medical affairs role)
  • Degree in life sciences (MSc or PhD preferred)
  • Strong ability to communicate complex science clearly and credibly
  • Confident engaging senior clinicians and KOLs
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret clinical data and competitor trials
  • Digitally confident and comfortable with virtual and face-to-face engagement
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
