A regional healthcare provider in Lancashire is seeking motivated individuals for a role in managing Health Records. Responsibilities include collecting, filing, archiving patient folders, and performing essential reception duties. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, a team-oriented approach, and the ability to lift heavy items. Required qualifications include GCSEs in English and Maths. Initial duties include: the collection and filing of Health Record Folders into the storage areas and archiving (scanning folders) using the Trust archiving system. Further duties will include retrieval of Health Record Folders, updating patient demographic details in their folders and in the Trust's PAS system, and reception duties. The post is active and involves substantial lifting, walking, pushing trolleys and transferring patient folders.
An opportunity has arisen to join this busy and demanding department. Successful candidates will be motivated, enthusiastic, possess good communication skills and work well within a team. Maintenance of patient confidentiality and excellent customer care skills are essential to this post.
