Job responsibilities

To provide reception and administration duties for the practice, dealing with incoming enquiries by telephone and in person in a polite and efficient manner. As the central point of contact at our practice, our receptionists are required to give a positive and friendly welcome to patients, their families and carers, visitors, and colleagues. Duties will include, but are not limited to greeting and directing patients, booking appointments, patient registration, liaising with external agencies such as secondary and community care providers, and conducting general administrative tasks for our practice team.
