Abbeyview Surgery is a GP Surgery in rural Lincolnshire serving circa 9200 patients. We have a diverse, friendly team that work hard to provide the best quality care to our Practice population.

Main duties of the job

Providing front of house support to patients and various administrative support to our team of clinicians, as needed from time to time.

Abbeyview Surgery has a diverse team which includes Doctors, ANP's, Paramedics, Diabetes Specialists, Clinical Pharmacists and a hard working Reception, Dispensary and Administrative team set in the picturesque town of Crowland.

Duties
  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
  • Check-in patients
  • Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails
  • Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized
