A leading law firm in the UK is looking for a Clinical Negligence solicitor with 1+ years PQE to manage caseloads and support clients during challenging times. Responsibilities include delivering legal advice, collaborating with team members, and assisting on complex claims. You’ll be joining , a highly respected leader in our Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners ranked Bristol Clinical Negligence team. Julie is Irwin Mitchell’s Regional Head for the South and Head of the Bristol Medical Negligence team. She is renowned for her deep expertise in complex and high-value clinical negligence claims, particularly those involving birth injuries, delayed diagnoses (including meningitis), fatal claims, and inquests.
As a key member of the team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting clients through some of the most challenging times in their lives. You’ll be involved in :
