Medical Negligence Solicitor - Exciting Opportunity with a Leading Liverpool Legal 500 Law Firm. A highly regarded Liverpool-based law firm is looking for a Medical Negligence Solicitor to join their specialist team. This is a fantastic opportunity to handle a diverse and high-quality caseload while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Handling a varied caseload of medical negligence claims, including birth injuries, spinal injuries, fatal claims, inquests, and misdiagnosis cases
  • Conducting thorough investigations and gathering evidence to support client claims
  • Providing clear, empathetic, and strategic legal advice to clients and their families
  • Drafting key legal documents such as witness statements, expert instructions, and court applications
  • Representing clients at court hearings and mediations
  • Working closely with senior colleagues on high-value and complex claims
  • Playing an active role in business development and client relationship management
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years PQE, with at least 3 years' experience in medical negligence
  • Ability to manage cases independently while keeping clients fully informed
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Experience with advocacy, mediation, and court representation
  • A proactive and team-focused approach, with strong organisational skills
  • A commercial mindset and interest in developing the firm's presence in the regional market
