Medical Governance Manager – UK

UK | Medical Affairs | Governance & Compliance

We’re looking for an experienced Medical Governance Manager to lead UK medical compliance and governance within a pharmaceutical environment.

This role suits a confident decision‑maker with strong regulatory expertise who can partner cross‑functionally and act as the ABPI final medical signatory.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as ABPI final medical signatory
  • Own and maintain the UK medical governance framework and SOPs
  • Ensure compliance with ABPI Code, GCP, ICH, and ethical standards
  • Lead audits, risk assessments, investigations, and corrective actions
  • Oversee PMCPA complaints and external regulatory correspondence
  • Lead Disclosure of Transfer of Value processes
  • Review and approve promotional and medical materials
  • Advise senior stakeholders on governance and compliance risks
  • Align UK activities with global compliance initiatives
What We’re Looking For
  • Degree qualified
  • Strong pharma experience in medical governance or medical excellence
  • ABPI final medical signatory status
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a high‑accountability role
