You will install, diagnose faults, and perform preventative maintenance in NHS, university, and private laboratories, ensuring safe, reliable operation. Role includes on-site and remote diagnostics, customer training, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Equivalent qualification to HNC/HND level in Electrical, Mechanical or Systems Engineering.
• Proven track record servicing high-value capital medical equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Installation, fault diagnosis and preventative maintenance of high-value medical diagnostic equipment.
• On-site and remote diagnostic support to ensure uptime and safety.
• Customer training and technical troubleshooting for diverse lab environments.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across hospital and laboratory settings.
• Provide proactive service and timely issue resolution under pressure.
