Job summary

You will service high-value medical diagnostic equipment, perform installations, fault diagnosis, and preventive maintenance, and provide customer training across NHS, university, and private labs.

The role requires an engineer with a proven track record and flexibility to cover a 7-day support model.

Qualifications

• Qualified engineer with proven track record servicing high-value capital equipment.
• HNC/HND or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering desirable.
• Customer-focused with the ability to navigate complex matrix environments.
• Willingness to work within a 7-day support model to meet regional needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for complex electrical and mechanical diagnostic equipment.
• Perform fault diagnosis, routine repairs, preventive maintenance and installations.
• Train customers and troubleshoot technical issues onsite or remotely.
• Represent Roche Diagnostics with professionalism and integrity to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to improve operational efficiency.
