Qualifications

• Experience in the IVD industry is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electro-mechanical hardware support and provide technical training.
• Troubleshoot faults, perform preventive maintenance, and generate reports.
• Provide customer training to enable effective use of Roche diagnostics systems.
• Maintain regulatory documentation for compliance and service delivery.
• Build relationships with peers and stakeholders to align objectives.
• Attend internal reviews to discuss progress and service excellence.
