Roche Products Ltd. in the UK seeks a Field Service Engineer to ensure maximum uptime of Roche diagnostics systems across Kent and surrounding areas.

You will perform on-site and remote diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and customer training to keep equipment running at peak performance. Ideal candidates have an engineering degree (Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent, with experience in the IVD sector and strong troubleshooting skills.

Formación

• Degree or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Experience in the IVD industry with strong technical support history.
• Excellent analytical ability and troubleshooting skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to work in matrix environment.
• Willingness to work in a 7-day support model.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver electro-mechanical hardware support and on-site tasks.
• Troubleshoot faults, perform preventive maintenance, and generate reports.
• Provide technical training and guidance to customers.
• Maintain compliance and administrative documentation.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to align service and sales objectives.
• Attend internal review meetings to ensure service excellence.
