Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent, e.g., HNC/HND) required.
• Extensive experience in the IVD industry with technical field support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide electro-mechanical hardware support and routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot faults, perform preventive maintenance, and generate reports.
• Deliver technical training to customers on Roche diagnostic systems.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and ensure compliance.
