Mechanical Technician (Workshop Engineer) — Exeter

Working hours: 8am to 4.30pm, Monday to Thursday; Friday finish at 4pm.

Starting salary: £31,000 - £34,000

Benefits: Excellent training, overtime at 1.5x and 2.0x, annual 5% bonus, commission, pension, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, forklift driver licence, PPE/uniform.

Mechanical Technician (Workshop Engineer) role in a highly successful manufacturer of forklift trucks. The company offers full training on the fleet of forklifts in a modern workshop.

The Mechanical Technician role will suit those who have worked on cars, plant, forklifts, HGV, agricultural, cleaning equipment or any other transferable industry. The company will fully train and support engineers through the learning process. You need to demonstrate mechanical service and repair skills, ideally have engine diagnostic and some basic electrical skills.

The company are a manufacturer of forklift trucks. Part of a team of engineers, you\'ll be responsible for carrying out PDI, service and breakdown on a range of forklifts.

Person Required / Qualifications
