• Experience with electrical and HVAC plant related building services.
• Competent knowledge of various mechanical systems.
• Ability to complete PPM in line with SFG20.

Responsibilities

• Complete all plant and BMS checks on time.
• Carry out preventative maintenance proactively.
• Respond to Helpdesk related reactive maintenance issues.
