Job description

We are seeking a mobile Mechanical / Plumbing Engineer to join our team in Basingstoke, covering the Hampshire area. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical and HVAC systems within commercial buildings, developing and implementing preventative maintenance, and reactive repairs and installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventative maintenance measures of plant rooms and commercial plumbing systems
• Identify, diagnose, and repair faults where necessary
• Install pipework
• Collaborate with other trades and contractors to ensure project completion
• Adhere to and implement Health and Safety protocols

Requirements

• G3 vented and unvented hot water qualification
• Proven experience maintaining plant rooms and commercial plumbing systems
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to pass security vetting
