CBW Staffing Solutions Limited is recruiting a Mechanical Day Shift Engineer for a hospital site in Lewisham. The role focuses on mechanical maintenance within a healthcare environment and offers a competitive salary up to £48,900.

You will work 4 on, 4 off days, monitor mechanical plant, pumps, air handling units, BMS, plumbing, and general fabric. A mechanical engineering qualification and proven building maintenance experience are essential.

Formación

• NVQ/CG or equivalent in mechanical engineering.
• Proven track record in Building Maintenance.
• Good communication skills.
• Multi-skilled: Mechanical / Electrical.
• Knowledge of UPS / Generators / Power Distribution / HVAC / HV LV desirable.
• Leadership & management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor the mechanical plant.
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings.
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning).
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc.
• Monitor the BMS systems.
• General building fabric.

A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Lewisham. CBW is currently looking for a Mechanical Day Shift Engineer to be based in a Healthcare environment in Lewisham. The successful candidate will be mechanically biased (NVQ, C&G, etc) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance to the following. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £48,900 for further training and career progression.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor the mechanical plant
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc
• Monitor the BMS systems.
• General building fabric

• 4 on 4 off - Days Only
