CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting for a Shift Maintenance Electrician based in Blackfriars. The role is electrically biased with C&G and 18th Edition, handling electrical and mechanical maintenance in a large commercial office.

The position offers a £53,000 salary with shift allowance, overtime, training, and career progression opportunities. Continental shift pattern applies, with 3 days on, 3 nights on, 4 days off in a rolling cycle.

Qualifications

• Electrically qualified and experienced in building maintenance.
• City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 with 18th Edition awareness.
• Proven track record in commercial/office building maintenance.
• Good communication skills and multi-skilled (electrical/mechanical).

Responsibilities

• Electrical maintenance including lighting, fault-finding, and power distribution.
• Generator, pumps, motors, seals, and bearings upkeep.
• Emergency lighting and air handling units/FCU maintenance.
• Chiller resets and BMS monitoring; UPS readings and monitoring.

CBW is currently recruiting for a Shift Maintenance Electrician to be based in a large office in Blackfriars. The successful candidate will be electrically biased (C&G, 18th Edition) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical and mechanical planned and reactive maintenance to the following. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £53,000, further training, overtime and career progression.

Duties

• Electrical - Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Generators
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
• Emergency lighting
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers - Re-set
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
