Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Limited is seeking a mechanically biased Maintenance Engineer for a hospital site near Woking, Surrey. The role is on-site, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with a competitive salary and opportunities for overtime and progression.

The ideal candidate will have mechanical/plumbing qualifications (C&G/NVQ), a proven maintenance background, and good communication skills across trades. UPS, generators, HVAC, and general fabric maintenance knowledge are desirable.

Qualifications

• Mechanically/plumbing qualified (C&G, NVQ etc).
• A proven track record in building maintenance.
• Good communication skills and team work.

Responsibilities

• Pumps, motors, seals and bearings maintenance.
• Air Conditioning – AHU/FCU maintenance and filter changes.
• Plumbing tasks including unblocking toilets and taps.
• BMS monitoring and UPS readings.
• Basic electrical duties and general fabric work.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider – Monday to Friday - Woking, Surrey £41,500

A fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated on a hospital site near Woking, Surrey. The successful candidate will be Mechanically biased (NVQ or C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out Mechanical and some minor electrical and fabric maintenance . This is a Monday - Friday role working 08:00 - 17:00

The package will include:

• - Competitive Salary up to £41.5k

Duties & Responsibilities of the role:

• - Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
• - Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• - Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replace taps etc
• - BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• - UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
• - Emergency light testing
• - Basic Electrical duties
• - General fabric duties/making good

Requirements

• - Mechanically / Plumbing qualified (C&G, NVQ etc)
• - A proven track record in Building Maintenance
