Salary: £39,000 - £44,000
Shifts: Monday to Friday – double days
Commutable from: Birmingham, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Solihull

A well-established food manufacturing company in the Redditch area is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their expanding team, supporting automated production and essential site equipment.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on food processing machinery and site services.
  • Maintain and repair mechanical systems including pumps, motors, and conveyors.
  • Ensure equipment reliability and efficiency while supporting production teams.
  • Assist with additional site services, with training provided for boilers, refrigeration, and other systems.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • Mechanical maintenance experience in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with process equipment and conveyors.
  • Proactive, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Welding or electrical skills advantageous but not essential.
