Job Title: Mechanical Engineer – Static Site

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join a dynamic team at a static site in Southampton. This is an exciting opportunity to work on facilities maintenance for a key client, ensuring all mechanical systems operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems and plant.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical faults to minimise downtime.
  • Support the Maintenance Supervisor in coordinating maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Work alongside a team of electrical and mechanical engineers to ensure seamless site operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer, preferably in facilities or plant maintenance.
