Job description

Our client, a leading engineering firm, seeks a skilled Product Development Engineer to join their Vaporization and Refrigeration group. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years experience in Heat Transfer. You’ll contribute to Pumped 2-Phase cooling systems, Loop Thermosyphons, and other projects, from concept design to prototype fabrication and production. ***will consider relo***

Responsibilities:

• Generate innovative concepts
• Perform analytical calculations
• Design vaporization systems and select components
• Create process schematics and complex matrices
• Develop 3D CAD models and 2D drawings (SolidWorks)
• Conduct FE/CFD analysis for mechanical, thermal, and hydraulic performance
• Oversee fabrication processes and collaborate with technicians
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and customer communication

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience designing heat transfer or pumped fluid systems
• Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD and FEA tools
• Strong understanding of process systems
• Excellent communication skills
