Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Victoria - £47,500 per annum

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services company. You’ll be working across a prestigious portfolio of commercial buildings in Victoria, all within a 2-minute walk from the station - making your commute simple and stress-free!

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Mechanical PPM and reactive maintenance across building systems
  • Pumps, motors, valves, pipework, and HVAC systems maintenance
  • Water systems: flushing, temperature checks, and log management
  • Fire damper checks and basic AHU/FCU servicing
  • BMS monitoring (hot & cold)
  • Plumbing tasks — unblocking toilets, replacing taps, etc.
  • Maintain and update logbooks
  • Control of sub-contractors and permit to work systems
  • Attending client meetings and ensuring top-level customer service
Requirements
  • Mechanically qualified – Level 3 or equivalent
  • Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled with basic electrical awareness desirable
  • Good communication skills and client-facing approach
  • Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates
