Overview

Job Title: Mechanical Advanced Fitter / Working Supervisor

Location: Site-based across London, M25 & surrounding counties (Office based in Westerham)

About Us

Parker Air Conditioning is a long-established building services company, operating since 1988. We specialise in commercial air conditioning and mechanical installations, working with a wide range of blue-chip clients. We directly employ pipe fitters and service engineers and manage ductwork, insulation, and electrical services via trusted subcontractors.

Responsibilities
  • Installation of heating systems, chilled water, hot & cold water services, and above-ground drainage
  • Working on new builds and refurbishment projects across commercial and industrial properties
  • Working initially alongside a site supervisor, with progression to managing your own projects and overseeing site tasks
  • Reading and working from technical drawings and supervisor instructions
  • Installing pipework in copper (solder & press fit) and steel barrel (including threading)
Requirements
  • Relevant industry qualifications in mechanical building services
  • Valid Skillcard (including safety certification)
  • Proven ability to work independently to a high standard
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong communication and supervisory skills
