Join Our Team as a Maths Teacher & Curriculum Lead!

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of learners with diverse needs? We're looking for an inspirational Maths Teacher and Curriculum Lead to join our dedicated team and help shape an inclusive, adaptive learning environment.

About the Role

This unique position combines strategic leadership with hands‑on teaching:

  • Teach Maths three days per week, using creative, evidence‑based strategies to engage students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and associated learning differences.
  • Lead curriculum development for two days per week, ensuring our approach is flexible, personalised, and aligned with Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) outcomes.
What You'll Do
  • Deliver engaging, differentiated Maths lessons in a safe, nurturing classroom.
  • Design and implement a curriculum that supports academic, social, and emotional growth.
  • Coach and train staff on adaptive teaching and behaviour regulation strategies.
  • Collaborate with therapists, SENCO, and external professionals for a holistic approach.
  • Champion safeguarding and child protection across the school.
