Reading Football Club is seeking part-time match day staff to assist supporters entering the Select Car Leasing Stadium. You will help fans with entry, check tickets and answer queries while delivering high-quality customer service.

Candidates should be able to communicate effectively, work well solo or in a team, and reflect club values. Training on PDA devices and ticket systems will be provided; prior customer service is advantageous.

• Be trained to use a personal digital assistance device (PDA) and admit supporters correctly.

• Assist with stadium exit and re-entry around half-time for smoking breaks.
• Be an ambassador for club values and show a can-do attitude.
