Job summary

Crystal Palace Football Club is seeking staff for matchday customer service at Selhurst Park Stadium. You will welcome and assist supporters, manage entry procedures, and help ensure smooth crowd flow while prioritising safety and security.

The role requires a presentable appearance, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced football environment. This is a 0-hour, casual contract with duties around home and away fixtures.

Qualifications

• Immaculate grooming standards and overall appearance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and be polite and courteous.

Responsibilities

• Providing an excellent service to Home/Away supporters.
• Attending the match briefing as given by the Head of Ticketing, and Turnstile Supervisor to understand the ticketing arrangements for each fixture
• Ensuring that the area around the turnstile where deployed is clear of obstructions and operates freely.
• Any obstructions, hazards or found articles must be reported to the Stand Supervisor immediately
• Reconciling turnstile admits taking numbers from turnstile counter and complete the turnstile docket
• Correctly operating the respective ticket scanning device
• Attending the required counting procedures following closure of the turnstile
• Complying with any instruction given by the Stand Supervisor.
• Other duties and responsibilities as required by line manager.
• Upholding and promoting the Club’s policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding and Equal Opportunities policies and procedures.
