Job summary

Nottingham Forest Football Club is seeking casual Safety and Security volunteers to support safeguarding, accessibility and EDI incident management at The City Ground on matchdays. You will respond to supporter concerns, provide guidance and help ensure incidents are handled professionally in line with club policies.

You'll work across the stadium, assist with accessibility requirements, and help maintain a welcoming, safe matchday environment while recording and escalating issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Will be required to work in crowd management in a football environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills essential.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, accessibility, equality, diversity and inclusion.
• Experience working within a sporting stadium preferred.
• Previous safeguarding experience with children and/or adults at risk encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist with safe, customer-friendly management of matchdays and events.
• Work in various stadium areas as directed by Safety Officers and Supervisors.
• Attend safeguarding, accessibility or EDI incidents and report with updates.
• Assist with providing incident details to relevant departments.
• Support supporters with accessibility requirements.
• Ensure safe egress routes and report potential safety issues.
• Collaborate as a link between Safeguarding, EDI and match-day staff.
