Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Clear verbal communication and ability to relay information.
• Basic numeracy and attention to detail for checking tickets.
• Reliability, punctuality and ability to work in fast-paced match-day environments.
• Willingness to learn crowd management, safety and safeguarding practices.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors.
• Experience in events or hospitality is beneficial but not required; training provided.
