We're seeking a driven and analytical Marketing Specialist to join our integrated marketing team in London. You'll play a dual role: supporting our broader marketing efforts across the business while bringing specialized expertise in the French market.

Responsibilities
  • Support the integrated marketing team across multiple channels and campaigns, contributing to UK and pan‑European marketing initiatives
  • Analyze campaign performance across markets, focusing on key efficiency metrics such as CPA, ROI, CAC, and conversion rates
  • Make data‑driven decisions to optimize marketing spend and improve campaign effectiveness
  • Own French market strategy and execution, identifying trends and opportunities specific to French consumers
  • Manage content localization and adaptation for the French market, ensuring cultural relevance and resonance
  • Monitor French market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product, design and growth to support various marketing projects
  • Execute and optimise multi‑channel campaigns across digital platforms including social media, email and paid advertising
  • Develop and adapt marketing content for different audiences and markets
  • Track, report and present performance insights to stakeholders
Qualifications
  • French national with native‑level French and fluent English
  • 2‑4 years of marketing experience, preferably in fintech, financial services or digital/tech sectors
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven experience tracking and optimizing marketing efficiencies (CPA, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates)
  • Go‑getter attitude with the ability to work independently, take initiative and make decisions
  • Experience supporting diverse marketing projects and adapting to changing priorities
  • Deep understanding of French market trends, consumer behaviour and cultural nuances
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
Desirable
  • Experience with content localisation and multi‑market campaigns
  • Knowledge of financial services marketing and regulations
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Braze, etc.)
  • Understanding of performance marketing and paid acquisition channels
  • Previous fintech or startup experience
