Marketing Manager at The City Ground, Nottingham. Salary: £30,000pa - £35,000pa + excellent bonus and benefits. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility required depending on events.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and deliver the venue’s annual marketing plan, supporting both B2B and B2C growth.
  • Execute innovative campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional media to boost awareness and sales.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to craft marketing collateral and promotions that deliver results.
  • Manage and optimise the marketing budget, reporting on campaign performance and adapting strategies in real time.
  • Champion digital engagement, strengthening our online presence and creating a clear go-to-market strategy.
  • Work closely with Nottingham Forest’s in-house marketing team to maximise venue opportunities while staying true to Sodexo Live! brand standards.
What You Bring
  • Graduate-level qualification in marketing (or equivalent experience).
  • A proven track record in digital and traditional campaign management.
  • Experience in sports, leisure, or hospitality marketing (preferred but not essential).
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills – comfortable working with clients, agencies, and in-house teams.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, tools, and platforms.
  • Confident in managing websites, content, and GDPR-compliant customer data.
