This established and well-funded PropTech business is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead its marketing efforts and drive growth.

Marketing Manager – Company Profile:

This cutting-edge PropTech company is revolutionising the real estate industry through technology. With strong financial backing and ambitious growth plans, they need a motivated marketer to own and develop their marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and industry thought leadership.

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy to position the company as a PropTech leader.
  • Use AI-driven tools to optimise campaigns and enhance audience engagement.
  • Implement multi-channel lead-generation strategies, including content marketing, social media, email, PPC, SEO, and events.
  • Create compelling content in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage and optimise paid and organic campaigns with data-driven insights.
  • Develop marketing materials such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, and email campaigns.
  • Oversee CRM and marketing automation systems to nurture leads effectively.
  • Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and speaking engagements.
  • Track key marketing metrics and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Proven experience in marketing with a focus on brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of AI’s role in marketing and emerging technologies.
  • Hands-on experience managing digital campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Experience with CRM and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Experience in PropTech, SaaS, or B2B marketing is highly desirable.
  • Location: South West London / Hybrid
  • 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays) plus an extra day per completed year (up to 5 additional days), with the option to purchase up to 5 more days.
