- Strategic Planning : Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

What we are looking for (The Must Have's)
- 10+ years’ marketing experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role
- Experience working on a luxury or premium brand in the UK market
- Proven ability to lead and empower teams, fostering growth and collaboration
- Strong strategic thinker with a track record of executional excellence
- Experience managing ATL and BTL communications
- Experienced in leading agencies
- Strong background in product launch strategy and execution
- Creative thinker with strong copywriting skills
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing
- Experience with performance marketing campaigns and lead generation
- Excellent leadership, communication and project management capabilities
- Experience managing significant budgets and delivering measurable ROI
- Collaborative, highly organised, and a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent storyteller and communicator, able to inspire internal and external stakeholders
It would also be great if you have :
- An Understanding and experience working with British heritage brands.
- Experience supporting or overseeing PR agency management and campaigns (also reflected in responsibilities).
- Experience launching new products
