We are looking for an accomplished Marketing Manager with 10+ years of strategic marketing experience to lead high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that elevate our brand and drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

  • Strategic Planning : Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Campaign Management : Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, and events.

  • Agency Management : Support the management of PR agencies and contribute to campaign development
What we are looking for (The Must Have's)
  • 10+ years’ marketing experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role
  • Experience working on a luxury or premium brand in the UK market
  • Proven ability to lead and empower teams, fostering growth and collaboration
  • Strong strategic thinker with a track record of executional excellence
  • Experience managing ATL and BTL communications
  • Experienced in leading agencies
  • Strong background in product launch strategy and execution
  • Creative thinker with strong copywriting skills
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing
  • Experience with performance marketing campaigns and lead generation
  • Excellent leadership, communication and project management capabilities
  • Experience managing significant budgets and delivering measurable ROI
  • Collaborative, highly organised, and a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent storyteller and communicator, able to inspire internal and external stakeholders
It would also be great if you have :
  • An Understanding and experience working with British heritage brands.
  • Experience supporting or overseeing PR agency management and campaigns (also reflected in responsibilities).
  • Experience launching new products
