Job description

We’re working with a legacy brand who is building something bold at the intersection of fitness, music and live events. This role is for a marketer who thrives on energy, community and momentum – someone who knows how to create buzz, sell tickets and turn moments into movements.

You’ll own marketing end‑to‑end for a fast‑growing live fitness concept, launching and scaling events that feel more like festivals than workouts. From strategy through execution, you’ll shape how the brand shows up, how audiences connect with it, and how demand is built city by city.

If you love storytelling, live environments, performance‑driven marketing and you’re not interested in doing things the “usual” way this role is for you.

The Basics:
  • Salary: £45,000 (depending on experience)
  • Working Hours: 40 hours p/w (minimum), hybrid working.
  • Reporting to Senior Leadership.
  • Great perks including access to facilities, access to physical + mental health support, dog friendly office + free food!
The Role...

Campaign + Growth

  • Own and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to drive ticket sales and event awareness
  • Plan, launch, and optimise multi‑channel activity across paid, owned, and earned media
  • Manage timelines, budgets, KPIs, and post‑campaign reporting

Content + Social:

  • Capture live content at events – workouts, behind‑the‑scenes moments, talent and partner activations
  • Edit and publish short‑form content for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
  • Own the social media calendar and drive daily engagement and community growth
  • Collaborate with creative teams on live coverage, recap films, and feature content

Community, Influencers + Partnerships

  • Build and manage influencer and ambassador programmes end‑to‑end
  • Source, brief, and track creators and partners to maximise reach and performance
  • Activate grassroots partnerships with gyms, studios, and local businesses
  • Work with sponsors and brand partners on cross‑promotional activity

Brand, PR + Platforms

  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, campaigns, and partnerships
  • Manage PR agency relationships and press activity
  • Ensure ticketing platforms and customer journeys run smoothly from launch to post‑event

Data + Insights:

  • Track performance across channels and campaigns
  • Analyse results, spot trends, and turn insights into action
  • Monitor competitors and the wider market to stay ahead of the curve
The Person...

You’re an experienced event or experiential marketer who knows how to build excitement and convert it into action. You’re hands‑on, creatively confident, and comfortable owning campaigns from idea to execution.

You’ll likely bring:

  • Proven experience in event marketing, ideally within fitness, entertainment, sport, or mass participation
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills
  • Confidence managing agencies, creators, and creative workflows
  • Deep understanding of social media and content‑led growth
  • A data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insight into impact

Nice to have:

  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Klaviyo)
  • Knowledge of paid social strategy
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe

Above all, you’re energised by live environments, culture, and community, and you want to build something different, not derivative.
