Marketing Manager – Seller Content Marketing

Location: Doncaster

Job Summary

We're seeking a Seller Content Marketing Manager to lead the creation, optimization, and distribution of content aimed at increasing IAA's visibility across owned, earned, and paid channels. Your focus will be building compelling storytelling that attracts and engages vehicle sellers, driving leads, conversions, brand awareness, and trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies targeting vehicle sellers, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Create and optimize content for multiple channels, including web, social, email, and paid media, to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Lead the planning and execution of seller-focused campaigns, lead-generation initiatives, and sales enablement programs.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and quality standards for all content-related projects.
  • Track, analyze, and report on content performance using PowerBI, web analytics, and other tools to inform future strategies.
  • Ensure consistent application of the IAA brand across all seller-facing content and campaigns.
  • Work closely with creative, production, and cross-functional teams to deliver content that resonates with seller segments and drives action.
What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Working knowledge of basic digital marketing tactics including SEM, PPC and social media advertising.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce products, including Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong ability to gather, interpret, and apply insights from web and campaign performance data.
  • Demonstrated project management skills a necessity.
  • Automotive industry experience would be advantageous.
  • Strong collaboration, multitasking, and self-management abilities.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
