Role Overview
They are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives across digital, vendor, and channel-focused campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Analyse market trends and campaign performance to inform future strategy.
Digital Marketing
- Lead digital initiatives including email marketing, social media, and website optimisation.
- Manage content creation and ensure SEO best practices are applied.
Vendor & Partner Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with strategic vendors to deliver co-branded campaigns.
- Coordinate joint marketing activities and leverage vendor resources.
Event Planning & Hospitality
- Plan and execute customer-facing events, webinars, and hospitality initiatives.
- Manage logistics, communications, and post-event follow-up.
Content & Collateral Development
- Create and oversee marketing materials including presentations, case studies, and digital assets.
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment with strategic messaging.
Sales Incentives & Campaigns
- Design and deliver sales incentive programs to drive engagement and performance.
- Monitor effectiveness and adjust strategies to maximise impact.
Marketing Calendar & Reporting
- Maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar and ensure timely execution.
- Track campaign ROI and prepare performance reports for leadership.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within technology distribution or a related sector.
- Strong digital marketing skills including email, social media, and content marketing.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating joint campaigns.
- Proven success in planning and executing events and hospitality initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Commercial awareness and budget management experience.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Rocketseed, LinkedIn Marketing).
- Desirable: Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
