A leading educational institution in High Wycombe is seeking a Marketing Executive to support integrated marketing campaigns aimed at attracting and retaining students. This permanent, full-time position involves collaborating with multiple departments, managing digital campaigns, and conducting competitor analysis. This role supports the delivery of the University’s marketing campaigns and activity as part of an in‑house creative agency, marketing the university externally to a variety of audiences.

Recognised marketing accreditation (A)
Knowledge & Experience
Proven experience of working effectively within a Marketing team (A/I)
Track record of delivering integrated marketing campaigns, including those with a focus on recruitment or acquisition, with measurable impact. (A/I)
Proven experience of managing digital campaigns across Google Ads and paid social (A/I)
Knowledge of the process of content creation, especially around updating website page copy, including taking a clear brief, making changes, reviews and approvals. (A/I)
Skills
Digitally able and proficient in Microsoft tools (A/I)
Effective, collaborative communication skills (A/I)
Proactive can‑do attitude, a real team player (A/I)
Ability to manage and prioritise (with the help of the team) multiple projects and deadlines (A/I)
