A specialist marketing recruitment agency is seeking a hands-on Marketing Executive to support multi-channel B2B and B2C marketing campaigns. This role involves close collaboration with Marketing Managers to deliver integrated campaigns and utilize digital tools to enhance awareness and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have relevant marketing experience, strong copywriting skills, and be highly organized and proactive. A fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on Marketing Executive to support multi‑channel B2B and B2C campaigns, driving awareness, lead generation and customer engagement. This new role provides opportunity to align marketing outcomes with sales enablement driving brand awareness and new opportunities.

The Role

You’ll work closely with the Marketing Managers to deliver digital, CRM and content‑led campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging, strong targeting and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver integrated campaigns to boost traffic, leads and engagement.
  • Produce sales enablement assets: brochures, case studies, product content.
  • Build CRM workflows and communications (Salesforce/HubSpot beneficial).
  • Support digital marketing across Google Ads, programmatic and LinkedIn.
  • Track, analyse and report on campaign performance.
  • Ensure all activity is compliant, on‑brand and aligned to campaign objectives.
