Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is looking for a Marketing & Data Analyst to support strategies for growth in the UK & Ireland. This hybrid role requires managing CRM campaigns, analyzing demand performance, and collaborating with various teams. The position is contractual for 6 months, starting January 2026, with a day rate of £140-£145 inside IR35.

Job description
The Role

A large tech-driven platform is seeking a Marketing & Data Analyst to join their team for an initial 6-month contract. You will support the development and execution of demand and consumer growth strategies for the UK & Ireland, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive user acquisition and engagement. The role involves managing CRM campaigns and analysing performance data to optimise growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns across owned channels (In-app, email, etc.)
  • Coordinate campaign calendars with Marketing, Enterprise Accounts, and Operations teams
  • Analyse demand performance metrics and share insights with leadership teams
  • Manage acquisition products and optimise budget deployment
  • Support product launches and end-to-end execution of growth initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Finance, or similar
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL
  • Experience with quantitative data analysis and modelling
  • Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to execute quickly
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
