Marketing Assistant – Millfield School

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Assistant to join the busy and creative Marketing Team at Millfield School.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintaining and updating the school website
  • Assisting with open days, sports hospitality, and other School events
  • Creating and proofreading engaging content for marketing campaigns, literature, and merchandise
  • Conducting market research
  • Providing general administrative support to the marketing team
Qualifications
  • Previous experience within a marketing role
  • Organised, motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written English, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience using Adobe InDesign is advantageous (training will be provided)
Working hours

Full‑time, all‑year round. Normal hours Monday to Friday 9am–5pm, with flexibility for evenings and weekends as required.

Salary and benefits

Salary up to £24,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and generous holiday entitlement. Freshly prepared lunches for only £10.30 per month, access to school facilities, and discounts/cashback on high street shops and restaurants through the school Employee Assistance Programme.
