Market Data Development Team Lead – Oil Trading / Data Management Systems

We’re seeking an experienced Market Data Development Team Lead to head up a talented group of developers responsible for delivering reliable, accurate, and high-performance market data solutions. This is a key leadership role supporting the Oil Trading Division within a global commodities business, ensuring the robustness of market data consumption, transformation, and distribution.

Reporting to the Head of Market Data, you’ll lead the development of the firm’s Data Management System (DMS) — a critical platform supporting trading, risk, and analytics teams. You’ll guide your team through complex curve development, standardise data integration processes, and ensure market data accuracy across multiple systems and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
