Premier Marinas is seeking a Marina Operative to join our friendly and professional team at the beautiful Chichester Marina. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a stunning environment where no two days are the same. With full training provided, you’ll develop valuable new skills while helping us deliver the exceptional customer experience we’re known for.
This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role involving a range of duties across the marina. You’ll work as part of a rota, which will include some weekends, evenings, bank holidays, and occasional night shifts.
Experience in a similar role is helpful but not essential. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with us.
