Manufacturing Supervisor – permanent – £45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise manufacturing operations team to safely ensure on‑time delivery of finished products at correct quality and cost
• Champion continuous improvement in all activities
• Responsible for effective deployment of resources, achieving business returned hour targets are delivered
• Ensure the manufacturing team can deliver on targets
• Reporting writing
• Ensure that the company Quality Management Systems and Manufacturing Procedures are followed
