A leading Aerospace organisation are seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join their Production Engineering team and play a pivotal role in strengthening operational discipline, driving process improvements, and ensuring manufacturing consistency across their operations.

This position will suit a detail-oriented engineering professional who enjoys collaborating with shop floor teams, enhancing processes, and delivering practical change that improves efficiency, safety, and quality.

Key Accountabilities - Manufacturing Process Engineer

+ Review and analyse manufacturing processes using PFMEA and other tools to identify and address risks.

+ Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce variability and enhance operational reliability.

+ Develop and maintain clear work instructions, process documentation, and visual aids.

+ Take ownership of the process management system, ensuring accessibility, accuracy, and compliance.

+ Support process change management, including the introduction of new equipment and procedures.

+ Assist with training development to enhance process understanding and compliance.

+ Report on process performance, risks, and improvement progress to senior stakeholders.

+ Develop and manage KPIs to drive accountability and monitor performance.
