Position summary

The main role of our Tumbler Driver team is to prepare, lubricate and deliver raw material to line. To safely operate Pedestrian Lift Trucks to move materials as required by production.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all Stacker Truck safety checks and operate trucks and other equipment safely
• Operate tumbling equipment and prepare slugs for production lines according to company procedures
• Deliver can material, packaging, and other materials to the line on time
• Provide support to production, including production line cleaning, break cover and maintenance
• Remove all waste to the correct bins and maintain a clean and tidy workplace
• Constantly look for opportunities to improve the process or product

• Curiosity and desire to improve

Shift pattern

This is a shift role. The shifts work on a rotating basis of 4 weeks on days (6am - 6pm) and 4 weeks on nights (6pm - 6am). The working rotation is Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday , Friday, Saturday, Sunday / Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday.

Salary

Total annual salary (inclusive of shift pay): £33448,93
