Job summary

HRGO Recruitment in Sheffield currently seeks an experienced HR Advisor to join an established organisation. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee development and broader HR operations across a manufacturing setting.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding checks, HR reporting and compliance with GDPR, while supporting apprenticeship programmes and training provider liaison. Full-time role with salary range £35,000-£37,000.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding within HR.
• CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing/industrial HR operations experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment, advertising vacancies and screening applications.
• Coordinate onboarding, references and pre-employment checks.
• Manage recruitment agency relationships and performance.
• Organise inductions and training plans.
• Support apprenticeship programmes and liaise with training providers.
• Monitor probation reviews and maintain HR records in HRIS.
• Facilitate performance reviews and HR reporting.
• Support HR projects and GDPR/compliance initiatives.
