The successful candidate will drive plant performance through continuous improvement and oversee all maintenance tasks. Qualifications

  • Must have a Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS, PPM, TPM and CMMS systems required.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of approximately 10 Maintenance Engineers and support staff.
  • Drive plant performance through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support capital projects with effective budget control.
  • Enhance equipment reliability through best maintenance practices.
  • Oversee electrical and mechanical workloads across production lines.
