Job summary

The Job People Limited is seeking an Internal Accounts Manager in the West Bromwich area to support a well-established manufacturing business. You will manage key customer accounts, ensuring updates on orders, deliveries and service matters are communicated clearly.

Coordination with internal departments, handling queries and driving service improvements will be essential to deliver a professional, customer-centric service while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong Excel and IT skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with assigned customer accounts as main contact.
• Provide updates on orders, deliveries and service issues to customers.
• Liaise with internal teams to communicate customer requirements.
• Own customer queries and complaints through to resolution.
• Monitor satisfaction, gather feedback and drive service improvements.
• Build relationships through proactive engagement and regular account reviews.
• Maintain accurate account records and provide customer insights.
