Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions in Wellingborough is seeking an Internal Account Manager to join our team. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, process orders and coordinate activity across three specialist manufacturing areas, ensuring orders progress from enquiry to delivery.

The role requires an organised, customer-focused professional who can build relationships, manage multiple priorities and communicate updates across internal departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or account management is preferred.
• Able to manage multiple orders and projects with accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong administration and organisational abilities.
• Proactive problem solving and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries by telephone and email, responding professionally and efficiently.
• Raise and process customer orders accurately.
• Enter and manage order information using the MIS system.
• Monitor orders through production and delivery.
• Track customer deliveries and provide updates.
• Brief artwork requirements and packaging changes through to the internal studio.
• Prepare and coordinate relevant product samples for customers.
• Ensure customer requirements and deadlines are communicated effectively across internal teams.
