Job summary

Future Recruitment Ltd. in the West Midlands is seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator to support the external sales team, manage a portfolio of customers and handle enquiries from order intake to delivery. You will liaise with suppliers, monitor deliveries and contribute to excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales and customer service.
• Able to manage a portfolio of existing customers.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Stock control and delivery monitoring experience.
• Experience using Abaca is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Internal sales and support for external sales team.
• Account management of existing customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Handle customer queries and capture requirements.
• Monitor and support delivery planning through production meetings.
• Assist with stock control.
• Ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with evaluating enquiries for estimates and samples.
• Communicate customer requirements to other departments.
