  • Establish and lead a stand‑alone legal practice focused on leasehold and residential property law to fulfil the legal needs of the Group in the UK.
  • Manage all legal matters related to property management: Right‑to‑Manage claims, leasehold disputes, service charge debt recovery, and tribunal representation.
  • Build and scale a high‑performing legal team, leveraging offshore resources.
  • Develop standardised processes, implement systems, and ensure SRA compliance.
  • Own P&L, manage budgets, and minimise reliance on external counsel.
Experience
  • UK‑qualified solicitor (10+ years PQE) with deep expertise in residential property law, specifically Landlord and Tenant Act and service charge debt recovery.
  • Proven managerial experience running or significantly contributing to a legal practice or in‑house function focusing within residential property management.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to advise corporate leadership.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with appetite to build a new legal practice or in‑house function.
